At Beak Box, we offer free shipping on all orders because we believe every bird deserves delicious treats without extra costs!
 

Order Processing & Delivery
 

• We aim to ship all non-subscription orders within two working days of purchase.

• Subscription boxes are sent to arrive within the first week of each month to ensure your bird gets their goodies on time.

• If you subscribe after the 20th of the month, your first box will ship immediately, but your next box will be held until the following month. This allows your bird to fully enjoy their first box, and you will not be charged for the skipped month.
   

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
